Built on land deep smoking hun but every room has light and see the natural blue.
The land in Binh Thanh District (HCMC) is quite complex shape, bent and surrounded by neighboring 2-3 storey buildings. The land has a total area of 200 m2, 5m wide, 40m deep.
However, KTS found these difficulties an interesting challenge during the first survey. Architects believe that it is possible to create a work that is both attractive and welcoming to the wind and natural light.
Local materials are utilized to reduce construction costs, creating a unique character of the building. Ceramic bricks with different patterns create an impressive facade that helps ventilate, shade and increase the security of the home.
This project is a rented house, consisting of 6 small self contained apartments (adults only). The owner lives on the first floor.
Home is a young couple, husband Malaysia, Vietnamese wife. Two people love beauty, attention to architecture.
One of the master bedroom is located in the middle of the first floor. The roof was turned into a large garden and connected between two blocks. This garden courtyard will create many interesting activities for the people living here.
Floors of trees help the blue spread throughout the space of the tube house.
The green color of the tree is harmonious with red brick, the white color of the walls gives a feeling of calm, cool, suitable for Saigon’s year-round climate.
The small pathways connecting the rooms are not tedious because they are always full of sunshine and nature.
The home has plenty of open space, allowing people to connect with the outside.
All independent apartments are airy, with natural light.
